I recommend tracking the containers on their website and when you see they are close (ours were in Atlanta) call the local distribution center to schedule pickup. The originally estimated 7-10 business days but they beat their own estimate. We drove to Tampa that next Friday, arriving on Saturday and the containers arrived about an hour after us. Timeline: We received them on a Friday, finished packing by Sunday and they were picked up that Monday. I was very surprised that nothing broke but the drivers/forklift operators seem to take great care in moving them. We did it this way and nothing shifted or broke in transit. Pack all the way to the ceiling and right to the doors. Make sure that you pack the containers TIGHT. When the containers first arrived I thought for sure we'd need a third but if you pack smart and utilize every last inch of space (think Tetris) you'll be fine. We got rid of our couches and some other things before we moved but to get an idea of what you can fit here is a summary of the larger items: a king bedroom set (mattress, bed with drawers and headboard, large 6 drawer dresser), a queen mattress and dresser, a tv stand, dining table with 4 chairs, large china hutch, 3 end tables, a large rolling desk chair, around 40 or so varying size boxes along with misc household and yard tools. We used two cubes and the total cost was $1,502, it would have been $1100 for 1 and $1900 for 3. My wife and I moved from Maryland to Florida recently and used ABF U-pack.
